Cove Place is one of the most beautiful and elegant oceanview condos we have ever seen. This is a property designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. Meticulously selected furnishings mix antiques, contemporary, and Asian minimalist styles to bring you an ambiance of peace and comfort that is the halllmark of Cove Place. As you enter, you will
immediately appreciate the harmonious melding of the new and old. The antique piece of furniture and
artworks in the entry hall are a preview of the mix of quality and attention to detail to be found throughout
Cove Place. Guests with a

Living Room |

The main floor is a large, elegant
and restful place. The living room is open with expansive ocean views. The furnishings are comfortable
and beautiful. The gas fireplace anchors a sitting area that features comfortable seating and a 46" TV/DVD.
You're welcome to play the grand piano. (It's electric, so please remember to turn it off when you're through.)
Carefully chosen prints and Asian accents are balanced with specially selected antique pieces. Modern touches
include the wireless internet access. |

Great care went into the furnishing of Cove Place, for example, even
the grandfather clock has a story. As the owner says, "The grandfather clock is from 1820, Scotland. I don't have
him running, because the 'chime' is god-awful! He has an iron bell, and it sounds like someone banging two pots
together. Clocks were designed to be heard throughout the entire house, since typically people had only one
clock in their residence. Anyway, he is a great piece. His name is Jefferson. Very valuable...and huge
sentimental value to me. He has been in our family for over 250 years." |

Dining Room |

The elegance continues in the Dining Room. This is a room designed for
convivial living. The dining table is beautiful, and actually seats eight with the leaves inserted
(leaves are in the closet by the garage door). There are placemats in one of the kitchen drawers.
The poster is an original vintage French advertising poster c.1925. Another vintage poster is opposite it.
"Vins de Bourgogne," is an original c.1930. The chest in the dining room has been in the owner's
family for generations. The Crate and Barrel tableware will dress your mealtimes with style and flair. |

Kitchen |

The kitchen is a cook's delight. Spacious granite countertops give
plenty of room to work. We know company inevitably gathers in the kitchen, and Cove Place's granite
topped island counter is sure to draw a crowd. The comfy barstools will have them keeping the cook
company for hours of great conversations. The gas range and all new appliances will make meal
preparation a joy. Whether you're cooking up a masterpiece, or just dividing up a pizza
(and we can tell you how to have great pizza delivered!), you'll love this kitchen. |

Bedrooms and Baths |

You're welcomed to Cove Place's
two master suites by a colorful quartet of the owner's prized prints of San Francisco. |

Master suite number one is large and lighted by large western facing windows
that also offer beautiful views of the majestic Pacific Ocean. Sit for a while and enjoy the view as the
waves churn or the sun sets. Enjoy the simplicity and warm wood tones of the mid-nineteenth century pieces
specially selected to complete this lovely room. The bed, however, is new, queen-sized, and furnished with
the finest warm and lightweight 100% goose down comforter, goose down pillows, and 100 ct linens-Indulge
yourself!! This bedroom, as do all the bedrooms at Cove Place, has individual thermostat controls so you
stay perfectly comfortable. |

Special touches are the specialty at Cove Place. As all the bedrooms
at Cove Place, this bedroom has an I-Pod dock. Above the bed is a signed and numbered lithograph
by artist Jennifer Marks. This in-demand artist lives in Aruba and paints colorful island scenes on silk.
The demand for her work continues to increase its price. |

The ensuite bathroom is just as beautiful as the bedroom. The granite
walled extra large shower, the granite countertop with double sinks, and tile floor combine to make this
as attractive as it is functional. The large and fluffy towels are just one more way Cove Place will
pamper you. |

The second master bedroom is also spacious and beautiful. The comfortable
queen bed, with down-filled comforter and pillows, and luxurious 400 ct linens will make you feel like
royalty. The signed lithograph above the bed is called "Sunface" by a Native American artist couple
named Rudy and Poco Lee. There is plenty of room for you to unpack and really relax. |

The bathroom for this bedroom is also beautifully designed, with accents of
chrome and fabulous tile work. |
|

The downstairs bedroom (on the first level, where you came in) offers comfort
and personality. You'll love the queen bed, exquisite linens, specially selected antique pieces, and the
peek-a-boo view of the ocean. |

Even its bathroom has pizzazz, with pedestal sink, step in shower, beautiful
tile work, and fluffy, comfy towels. |
